How billing works
The free homepage mockup is free — you owe nothing until you approve a design. Pay the $499 setup when you approve the mockup. The $39/month starts when your site goes live.
What's a "small update"?
Small updates are the everyday changes a business needs: new photos, changed hours, new services, price tweaks, new testimonials, seasonal banners. They're unlimited under your plan — just ask.
Bigger additions — online booking, an online store, a whole new section — get a fair fixed quote before we do anything. No surprises, ever.
What this isn't
The Kindly Plan is for a custom brochure-style website for your business. It's not a web app, a large online store, or unlimited redesigns. If you need something bigger, we'll quote it separately and honestly.
Cancel anytime
There are no fees and no notice period. If you cancel, you keep your site files — we simply stop hosting, updating, and supporting the site.
